Restaurant Mishap: A Stubby Book

Young author Conner Hill shares this whimsical story about a young boy's first trip to a fancy restaurant and the lessons he learns there...

A couple of month’s back, Conner Hill’s older brother, Chandler did some modelling for the front cover of our book: Nikolas and Company: The Foul and The Fallen. When Conner heard his brother was working with an author and illustrator who owned their own studio, he passed on a book he’d been working on. He handmade the book out of staples and paper, and wrote it himself. One of Conner’s dreams is to be an author. Having read the book, we saw the talent of this ten-year-old author. We decided to make his dream come true. Carlyle and I both knew the ups and downs of trying to live out our own dream, so, secretly, Carlyle edited, illustrated, and published his book. Click on the cover to learn more about Conner Hill’s book, Restaurant Mishap.
